WOW is Back — and You’re Invited!

We’re excited to announce that WOW (Woodlawn on Wednesday) is kicking off again on Wednesday, September 3rd, and we’d love for you to be part of it!

This year, WOW will meet EVERY Wednesday evening, with a shared meal on the FIRST Wednesday of each month—a great time to connect and enjoy fellowship as a church family.
WOW is for everyone of all ages:

·         Children will dive into fun and faith-filled activities in the Children’s Wing on
the first Wednesday of the month, and the remaining weeks will be spent
preparing for the Children’s Christmas Program! 
·         Youth will gather for engaging discussions and connection in the Youth Center
·         Adults will meet in the Chapel, where Pastor Kim will lead us in meaningful
study and conversation.

Weekly gatherings begin at 6:00 PM—come as you are, bring a friend, and be part of something special midweek at Woodlawn. Meals – on the first Wednesday of each month – will be served at 5:30 pm.

Adults, Pastor Kim is excited to announce that in September, she will lead the Bible 101 Class! One of the essential Christian practices in our discipleship pathway is Study, specifically Bible study. Pastor Kim has found over the years that one of the biggest barriers for people to enter into Bible study is the feeling that they don’t even know enough to step foot into a study! To help with this, she will be offering some “101” classes in the upcoming year to help give members and guests a basic knowledge that will allow them to have more confidence to participate in studies. Bible 101 will be the first class offered on Wednesday nights from September 3rd to 24th, from 6-7 pm. Teaching will end at 7 pm, followed by a time of discussion (if you need to leave at 7 pm, you will still receive the full classroom materials). This class will meet in the Chapel weekly, and the only thing you need is a Bible and a pen/pencil. If you need a Bible, we can provide one. If you are unable to meet in person and would like an online option, please let the church office know, and we will figure out a good solution.
