Woodlawn on Wednesdays (WOW): Blessing of the Animals!

WOW is Back — and You’re Invited!

We’re excited to announce that WOW (Woodlawn on Wednesday) is kicking off again on Wednesday, September 3rd, and we’d love for you to be part of it!

This year, WOW will meet EVERY Wednesday evening, with a shared meal on the FIRST Wednesday of each month—a great time to connect and enjoy fellowship as a church family.
WOW is for everyone of all ages.

Weekly gatherings begin at 6:00 PM—come as you are, bring a friend, and be part of something special midweek at Woodlawn.

On this special Wednesday gathering, we will be hosting a special service in the Worship Center: A Blessing of the Animals! People of all ages: bring your pets of all different sizes and species! From dogs to cats to birds to bunnies to fish, we’ll be speaking a special blessing over them all for the first 30 minutes of our gathering.

Afterwards:

Children, Wednesdays are dedicated to Christmas Play practices! All are welcome to participate, even if you don’t want a speaking part!

Youth, you are encouraged to participate in the Christmas Play practices with the Children’s Ministry! This play will be all hands on deck and will definitely need the speaking/musical talents of our talented youth! Otherwise, Karis will have a fun game planned for after the Blessing of the Animals for those not interested in participating in the play.

Adults, Pastor Kim will be hosting an adult study class in the Chapel.
