Sunday Mornings

8:30 a.m. and 11:00 a.m. -- TRADITIONAL WORSHIP SERVICE

These services use traditional readings and responses; congregational hymns, organ music, and choir anthems; and scripture-based sermons.

9:45 a.m. -- CONTEMPORARY WORSHIP SERVICE

Worship with an upbeat, modern feel. Music, and often prayer, is led by a praise team consisting of vocalists, piano, drums, guitar, and bass. A traditional scripture-based sermon is offered.

Communion is served the first Sunday of each month at all services. Woodlawn offers an open table to all those who wish to take communion. The elements of bread and grape juice are served by intinction, meaning that as you come forward, you are to tear a piece of bread from the loaf and then dip the bread in the cup before partaking of it. If you are alergic to wheat products please let us know - a substitute is available.

Sunday Evening Relaxed Worship:  Church Anew at 5:30 p.m.

Church Anew is a ministry of Woodlawn United Methodist Church featuring an interactive and casual worship service for the whole family every Sunday evening at 5:30pm.  Nursery is provided for 0-4 year olds.
