Did you make a New Year’s Resolution to become more active, tone your muscles, lose weight or just become more fit? If so, let us help you keep your resolution. Join us for just two hours a week and experience the difference it can make in how you feel. We work on cardio-vascular, stretching, strengthening and endurance. Class ends with a short period of health information, devotion and prayer. Classes start January 10, and meet on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 4:30-5:30 p.m. in fellowship hall. Start at your own level and work at your own pace. There is no pressure to “perform” past your comfort level. No equipment or special clothing is needed, however, athletic-type shoes are recommended. Cost is $10 for a 16 week session.
